- loaf of bread of choice. sliced
- variety of salamis, pepperonis,& ham
- mozzerella cheese balls or chunks
- pepperoncini peppers
- roasted red peppers
- red onion rings
- roasted garlic
- olive oil
- marinated artichokes
- torn fresh basil
How to Make Antipasta Crostini-Antipasta Platter
- 3For roasted garlic- Cut 1/4 inch off top of garlic coat with olive oil wrap in foil and bake in 400 oven for 30min. You will have a nice garlic paste to rub on toasted crostinis.
Toast crostinis in oven, rub with garlic, chop antipasta ingredients (except lettuce) Top toasted bread add parm, basil and serve. Also can add slice cheese and broil for min.
