antipasta crostini-antipasta platter
This is my favorite salad. Usually served on platter with lettuces, and bread. I just thought making crostinis would be a nice appetizer.

Ingredients
- large loaf of bread of choice. sliced
- - variety of salamis, pepperonis,& ham
- - mozzerella cheese balls or chunks
- - pepperoncini peppers
- - roasted red peppers
- - olives
- - red onion rings
- - roasted garlic
- - olive oil
- - marinated artichokes
- - torn fresh basil
How To Make antipasta crostini-antipasta platter

Step 1For my salad I put out arrangement of meats, cheeses olives and peppers on platter, drizzle with s&p olive oil, and fresh torn basil. Serve with lettuces and bread for self serving.

Step 2Make salad with ingredients of choice, sprinkle with parm, basil and vinagerete.

Step 3For roasted garlic- Cut 1/4 inch off top of garlic coat with olive oil wrap in foil and bake in 400 oven for 30min. You will have a nice garlic paste to rub on toasted crostinis. Toast crostinis in oven, rub with garlic, chop antipasta ingredients (except lettuce) Top toasted bread add parm, basil and serve. Also can add slice cheese and broil for min.
