- 1 head romaine lettuce (or any type), cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, quartered
- olives, sliced (black, green, or both)
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (white, red, or balsamic)
- salt to taste
How To Make albanian green salad

Step 1Add lettuce, onion, tomato, and olives to a large bowl.
