I like this recipe because it dresses up tuna salad with apples,raisins,dates and walnuts..then coats it all with a tangy dressing. 340 calories in 3/4 cup. You could use cooked cubed chicken or canned chicken.

- 2 cans (6oz ea.) light water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 large red apple-chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup chopped dates
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup fat free plain yogart
- 1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise or miracle whip
- EXTRAS TO PLATE WITH
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced fat monterey jack chees

Step 1In a large bowl,combine the first 6 ingredients. Combine yogurt,and mayonnaise; add to the tuna mixture and toss to coat. Serve on lettuce leaves; sprinkle with cheese.
