  • 5 c
    unpeeled, cored diced apples, use 2 diferent colors
  • 1 c
    celery, diced
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, coarse chop
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • ·
  • 1 1/2 c
    pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp

How to Make Waldorf Salad


  1. Boil dressing ingredients until thickened, cover and chill 2 hours.
  2. Combine all salad ingredients together, then toss with dressing. Let stand a few minutes before serving
