Ingredients
- 5 cups unpeeled, cored diced apples, use 2 diferent colors
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, coarse chop
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- - dressing:
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sugar
How To Make waldorf salad

Step 1Boil dressing ingredients until thickened, cover and chill 2 hours.

Step 2Combine all salad ingredients together, then toss with dressing. Let stand a few minutes before serving
