This is my all-time favorite fruit salad. the fresh mint and the Limoncello add a wonderful addition to your summer fruits. I promise you will love it. I keep the Limoncello in my freezer. It is always nice and cold. Also good as an evening sipper on a hot summer day.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Full of berries and melon, this fruit salad tastes like pure summer. The mint mixed with the lemon makes this very refreshing. Don't be scared of the limoncello. There is no harsh alcohol flavor and the lemon is a nice complement to the entire salad. If you don't want to use limoncello, leave it out and add a little extra lemon juice. A wonderful fruit salad for any summer picnic, pot luck, or brunch.
