Great recipe for bbq's, potlucks, or just in the frig ready to eat as a snack or added to breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups red seedless grapes
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup gala apple, cored, chunked
  • 2 - nectarines, pitted, chunked
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups cantaloup chunks
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon each of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger

How To Make summer fruit salad

  • Step 1
    Combine all fruit in large mixing bowl. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Mix together the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon until smooth. Pour over fruit and lightly toss until evenly coated.
  • Step 3
    Chill for at least an hour. When ready to serve, toss gently to combine again, and serve!
