Wow, what a tangy, fresh, and sweet fruit salad recipe! I really like that you can customize this and use the fruit your family likes. This could be served as a side or even a summer dessert. We couldn't get enough of this delicious fruit salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 package 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 - 8 oz. sour cream
  • - choice of diced fruit except pineapple & watermelon

Cynthia didn't specify how much fruit to use. We used about 12 cups in the Test Kitchen. It was super fruity!
  • Cream cheese, sour cream, and condensed milk combined in a bowl.
    Step 1
    Mix first 3 ingredients until well blended.
  • Fresh chopped fruit added to cream mixture.
    Step 2
    Add mixture to diced fruit and toss. Serve chilled.
