Sitting home on a "hot" afternoon trying to figure something for dessert using what I had on hand. This is what I came up with that was not over overbearingly sweet but yet satisfying. Didn't get to take a picture of this, due to my boys finding it and invading it before I got a chance to. That alone told me that it must have been good. I hope you in enjoy if you try it. Can also add, omit or change fruits that are used. ** Will add photo soon!

Ingredients

  • 1 box cheese cake mix
  • 1 large tub of cool whip
  • 1 large container of vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits/chunks
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 1 bag miniature marshmallows

How To Make summer delight

  • Step 1
    Mix together in a large bowl, yogurt , half of cool whip, and marshmallows, this will get thick. Add other half cool whip and remainder of cheesecake mix. Mix until well incorporated. Add blueberries, drained pineapple and nuts, folding all together. I took some crushed graham cracker crumbs and sprinkled on top.
  • Step 2
    Chill in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
