stone fruit salad
This is great side salad for the summer when the fruits are ripe and sweet. You can add sliced chicken breast to have it as an entrée (Serves 4 as an entrée). Serve it with a sweet white wine such as Riesling.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons raspberry vineger
- 4 tablespoons almond or olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 cups sweet butter salad greens
- 3 - plums, sliced
- 2 - peaches, sliced
- 2 - nectarines, sliced
- 2 - apricots, sliced
- 3/4 cup fresh cherries, pitted
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
How To Make stone fruit salad

Step 1Sir together vinegar, oil salt and pepper

Step 2Toss greens and fruit with dressing. Sprinkle with cheese and almonds.
