This is great side salad for the summer when the fruits are ripe and sweet. You can add sliced chicken breast to have it as an entrée (Serves 4 as an entrée). Serve it with a sweet white wine such as Riesling.

How To Make stone fruit salad

1Sir together vinegar, oil salt and pepper

2Toss greens and fruit with dressing. Sprinkle with cheese and almonds.
