This recipe from Robyn of South Dakota is very good and I have been making it for a few years now..my family expects this at Thanksgiving, Christmas and St. Patricks Day..hope you enjoy it too!

Ingredients
- LIME GELATIN
- 6 ounces box lime jello gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups mini-marshmallows
- 2 cups sprite or 7-up or lemon=lime soda
- 20 ounces can crushed pineapple ,undrained
- 2 large bananas, sliced
- TOPPING
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 cup orange juice, fresh
- 8 ounces tub of cool whip,thawed
- 1/4 cup nuts, chopped- optional

Step 1Lime Gelatin: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add marshmallows and stir to dissolve. Add soda, slowly and the pineapple with juice and the banana slices-Pour mixture into a 9x13-inch pan. Chill until set. about 4 hours.

Step 2Topping: In a medium saucepan, mix eggs, sugar, flour and juice. Cook until thick. Cool until cold. Fold in and blend the thawed cool whip. Spread on the set jello mixture. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.Freeze until needed. To serve, let rest at room temperature for about 15 minutes before cutting and serving...
