seven fruit salad
(1 RATING)
My oldest son doesn't appreciate sugary, sweet fruit salads and requested I make one that was fresh without all the unnatural sweet stuff such as marshmallows, puddings and cream cheese with added sugar, etc... I found a solution which satisfied his taste buds.... and satisfied my prep time of not chopping fruit for an hour or two. Although this fruit salad has some canned fruit, Scott is unaware because it looks like a bowl of fresh fruit. Scott loves this fruit salad and actually the others in my family do too.

How To Make seven fruit salad
-
Step 1In large bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir gently. The above salad is beautiful yet it is very satisfying. *NOTE* My sweet tooth rules so it prefers regular cherry pie filling than the reduced sugar. (Unfortunately, I usually make this fruit for Scott.)
