Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries, fresh
  • 3 1/2 cups sliced nectarines
  • 1/4 cup rose petals, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup johnny jump-ups (stems pinched off)
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons rose water
  • 1 pinch salt

How To Make rose petal fruit salad

  • Step 1
    Arrange berries and nectarines on a platter. Sprinkle flowers on fruit.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, mix vinegar with rose water to taste. Spoon evenly over salad. Season to taste with salt.
