Ingredients

  • 3 packages ramen noodles
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 8 cups torn romanine lettue
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cups fresh sliced strawberries

How To Make ramen noodles strawberry walnut salad

  • Step 1
    Remove seasoning packet from noodles. Break noodles into small pieces.
  • Step 2
    In large skillet cook noodles and walnuts in butter over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Cool.
  • Step 3
    Dressing: Small bowl whisk sugar, oil, vinegar, soy sauce.
  • Step 4
    Just before serving assemble lettuce, onions, strawberries,noodle mixture in large bowl and drizzle with dressing - tossisng gently.
