Ingredients
- 3 packages ramen noodles
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 8 cups torn romanine lettue
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cups fresh sliced strawberries
How To Make ramen noodles strawberry walnut salad

Step 1Remove seasoning packet from noodles. Break noodles into small pieces.

Step 2In large skillet cook noodles and walnuts in butter over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Cool.

Step 3Dressing: Small bowl whisk sugar, oil, vinegar, soy sauce.

Step 4Just before serving assemble lettuce, onions, strawberries,noodle mixture in large bowl and drizzle with dressing - tossisng gently.
