  • 3 pkg
    ramen noodles
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 8 c
    torn romanine lettue
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green onions
  • 2 c
    fresh sliced strawberries

How to Make Ramen Noodles Strawberry Walnut Salad


  1. Remove seasoning packet from noodles. Break noodles into small pieces.
  2. In large skillet cook noodles and walnuts in butter over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Cool.
  3. Dressing: Small bowl whisk sugar, oil, vinegar, soy sauce.
  4. Just before serving assemble lettuce, onions, strawberries,noodle mixture in large bowl and drizzle with dressing - tossisng gently.
