Ingredients For pretzel salad

crust

2 1/2 ccrushed pretzels

3 Tbspconfectioners sugar

3/4 cmelted butter
-
filling
-
1 8- ozpackage cream cheese, softened

1 cconfectioners sugar

1 cfrozen whipped topping, thawed

topping
-
1 6- ozpackage strawberry flavored gelatin mix

1 1/2 cboiling water
-
1 16 ozpackage frozen strawberries
How To Make pretzel salad

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2In a medium bowl combine crushed pretzels, 3 tablespoons confectioners (powdered) sugar and melted butter.

3Mix well and press into a 9x13 inch casserole dish.

4Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cool.

5To make the filling, combine in a medium bowl the cream cheese and 1 cup confectioner's sugar, beat until smooth. Stir in whipped topping, spread mixture in crust and refrigerate.

6Meanwhile, combine gelatin mix and boiling water; add strawberries. Let gelatin mixture thicken slightly and then pour over the crust and filling layers.

7Refrigerate for 4 hours.
