I remember my Mom making this and taking it to the family reunions. Its very simple but very good. If you want crunch you can add celery or nuts.

  • 1 large
    can of chunk pineapple, drained and reserved
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 large
  • 1/2 lb
    cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 pkg
    marshmallows, mini

How to Make Pineapple Salad


  1. Take reserved pineapple juice, 1/2 cup sugar, flour and egg.Cook until thick then cool. Dice pineapple. When mixture cool then combine with pineapple, cheese and marshmallows.
