How to Make Pear Lime Gelatin

Step-by-Step

  1. Drain pears, (save the jusice is you don't care about the sugar). I rinse the pears to remove as much sugar as possible. Set pears aside.
  2. You will 1 1/2 cup liquid. I use water or you can use the pear jiuice and add water if needed
  3. Pour liquid into a sauce pan, bring to a boil. Add gelatin: stir until dissolved. Gradually add cream cheese, whisking until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until cool.
