Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole, shelled pecans
- 6 tablespoons light greek-style vinaigrette salad dressing
- 1 - 6 oz pkg mixed salad greens, preferably organic
- 1 - head endive, cut crosswise into 1
- 1 - 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
How To Make orange-pecan salad.

Step 1Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Add pecans and cook, stirring for 3-4 mins. Remove from skillet and cool.

Step 2In lg bowl, combine salad dressing and dill. Add salad greens, endive, oranges, feta cheese, onion slices and pecans. Gently toss to coat.
