1In a med. sauce pan add sugar and water over med-high heat, bring to a boilwile stirring. Add mint leaves; reduce heat and simmer 10 min. remove from heat and let steep 10 min. Strain and discard mint leaves. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour ,More if possable.
2Place fruit in a large bowl; drizzle syrup over fruit. Gently toss to mix well. Cover and chill for 30 min.
Place in 10 cups and top with cool whip.
