mary's cranberry salad

Mary the resident at work who makes the coutch tissure holders gave me this recipe for Cranberry salad. I will be making it for thanks giving so will post a picture then.

Ingredients
- 12-16 ounces 1 bag fresh cranberries
- 1-2 cup sugar ( depends on how many cranberries and their tartness)
- 1 pint cool whip
- 1 clove small crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 4 cups white mini marshmallows
How To Make mary's cranberry salad

Step 1Chop or grind cranberries add sugar, cover and let sit in fridge 6 hours or overnight.

Step 2Next day, Beat whipping cream (if using or add coolwhip to a large bowl.

Step 3To the whipped cream, add the nuts, drained pineapple, and the cranberry mixture from last night. Mix well, cover and let sit in fridge at least 6 hours before serving.
