Ingredients

  • 3 c
    coleslaw mix (purchased blend)
  • 2 Tbsp
    green onions (reserve 1 green top for garnish)
  • 1
    11-oz. can mandarin oranges, drained (reserve 6 segments)
  • DRESSING

  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Mandarin Orange Slaw

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine slaw mix, green onions, and oranges.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients until well blended. Carefully mix dressing into salad and mix well.
  3. Garnish with reserved orange segments and green onion tops. Refrigerate to allow the flavors to meld.
