Ingredients
- 1 medium fresh pineapple
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 - orange, peeled, sliced and seeded
- 1/2 cup seedless red grapes
- 1 - kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon light rum
- 1 tablespoon grand marnier or other orange flavored liqueur
- 1 - banana, sliced
How To Make mai tai fruit salad

Step 1Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise, leaving leaves intact. Remove the pulp in chunks, leaving 1/2 inch thick shells. Set the shells aside.

Step 2Combine the pineapple chunks, strawberries, orange, grapes, and kiwifruit in a bowl. Combine the lime rind and the next 4 ingredients; stir well, and pour over the fruit mixture.

Step 3Add the bananas, and toss gently. Spoon the fruit mixture into the reserved shells to serve.
