Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2
    naval oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 2
    granny smith apples, cored and chopped
  • 2
    ripe nectarines, pitted and sliced
  • 1
    ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 c
    strawberry halves

How to Make Lime-Coconut Fruit Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine sour cream, coconut milk, lime juice and brown sugar in a small bowl; stir until smooth.
  2. Gently toss remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Pour sour cream mixture over fruit. Toss to coat well.

    Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
