Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 - naval oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 2 - granny smith apples, cored and chopped
  • 2 - ripe nectarines, pitted and sliced
  • 1 - ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 cup strawberry halves

How To Make lime-coconut fruit salad

  • Step 1
    Combine sour cream, coconut milk, lime juice and brown sugar in a small bowl; stir until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Gently toss remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  • Step 3
    Pour sour cream mixture over fruit. Toss to coat well. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
