Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 - naval oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 2 - granny smith apples, cored and chopped
- 2 - ripe nectarines, pitted and sliced
- 1 - ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 cup strawberry halves
How To Make lime-coconut fruit salad

Step 1Combine sour cream, coconut milk, lime juice and brown sugar in a small bowl; stir until smooth.

Step 2Gently toss remaining ingredients in large bowl.

Step 3Pour sour cream mixture over fruit. Toss to coat well. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
