Ingredients
- 1/2 cup acini di pepe (tiny bead shaped pasta)
- 4 ounces instant lemon pudding mix
- 29 ounces can peaches in light syrup
- 22 ounces mandarin orange sections, drained
- 1 pint strawberries, fresh, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
How To Make lemon sunshine salad

Step 1Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and add to mixing bowl.

Step 2Stir in pudding mix.

Step 3Drain peaches, reserving half cup of syrup, stir into pasta mixture.

Step 4Cut peach slices into bite size pieces.

Step 5Fold peaches, mandarin oranges, and strawberries into mixture.

Step 6After two hours fold in whipped topping and sliced almonds.
