How To Make kermit's green apples with peanut butter dip
-
Step 1Slice green apple in half, from the stem to the end.
-
Step 2Place half of apple on plate and reserve the other half.
-
Step 3Trim two diagonal slices from the tapered end of the apple, making one end of the apple narrower.
-
Step 4Use sharp knife to carve a half moon shaped smile into the center of the apple.
-
Step 5Trim a slice of red apple into a matching half moon shape. Cut away most of the white on the red slice so the skin is easy to bend.
-
Step 6You will need to press the red apple into the opening in the green apple. Trim skin until if fits snugly.
-
Step 7Cut a marshmallow into 4 quarters, you will use 2 of the half circles for Kermit's eyes.
-
Step 8Use black edible marker to draw on pupils.
-
Step 9Press Kermit's eyes onto the apple.
-
Step 10Take the reserved green apple and trim a few triangle shapes, place these around Kermit's neck, as his ruffle.
-
Step 11Mix the peanut butter and marshmallow cream in a small bowl. Add lemon juice mix well.
-
Step 12Cut rest of left over apples up for dipping as well. Enjoy.
