Holiday Cranberry Waldorf Salad
2 ccranberry juice
3 ozpkg. lemon jello
1 cchopped red apple, skin on seeds out
1/2 cchopped celery, strings removed
1/4 cwalnut pieces
How to Make Holiday Cranberry Waldorf Salad
- Heat 1 cup cranberry juice just to boiling. Dissolve jello in hot juice. Add remaining juice and salt. Chill until consistency of egg whites, about an hour and a half. Fold in celery, nuts and apples. Pour into a bowl or mold and chill until firm. May be poured into 6 individual molds, if desired.
