holiday cranberry waldorf salad
This is my take on Waldorf Salad made with jello. My family and friends like it and it holds up well on the dinning or buffet table.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 3 ounces pkg. lemon jello
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped red apple, skin on seeds out
- 1/2 cup chopped celery, strings removed
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces
How To Make holiday cranberry waldorf salad

Step 1Heat 1 cup cranberry juice just to boiling. Dissolve jello in hot juice. Add remaining juice and salt. Chill until consistency of egg whites, about an hour and a half. Fold in celery, nuts and apples. Pour into a bowl or mold and chill until firm. May be poured into 6 individual molds, if desired.
