Great holiday fruit salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup minature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup cream, whipped

How To Make glorified rice

  • Step 1
    Combine rice, sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Add pineapple and chill for 1 hour. Add marshmallows and whipped cream. Chill before serving. Serves 4-6.
