Ingredients
- 2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed in 1 inch squares
- 1/2 - inch piece fresh gingerroot
- 1 tablespoon water
How To Make gingered watermelon

Step 1Cube the watermelon and place in a bowl.

Step 2Peel the ginger root and use a microplane to grate the ginger until you have about 1/4 teaspoon on the back of the microplane. Pour the water over the back of the microplane, and rub the ginger off the microplane. Swish the water around to mix, and pour over the watermelon.
