Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups 2 -3 large granny smith apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup dried sweet cherries
- 3 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
- 2 tablespoons thawed orange juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 large bags of baby spinach, stemed and washed.
How To Make ginger apple salad

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss well
