Ingredients: ## FRUITY WINE JELLO; 6 ounce(s) pkg. strawberry jello; 1 cup(s) boiling water; 3 cup(s) rose or white wine you can use sparkling apple juice or strawberry soda; 1 cup(s) green grapes,cut in half; 1 cup(s) sliced strawberries; 11 ounce(s) can mandarin oranges, drained; - your favorite salad greens; ## ORANGE DRESSING; 1 teaspoon(s) grated orange rind; 2 tablespoon(s) orange juice; 1 cup(s) dairy sour cream; 2 tablespoon(s) honey; 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground ginger; Directions - combine all the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and chill until ready to serve.

This is great and refreshing dessert salad served with a lettuce salad with the orange dressing drizzled over all..your taste buds will be dancing even after it is gone. Recipe given to me by one of my New Mexico friends when missioned there.

Ingredients

FRUITY WINE JELLO
6 ounces pkg. strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
3 cups rose or white wine you can use sparkling apple juice or strawberry soda
1 cup green grapes,cut in half
1 cup sliced strawberries
11 ounces can mandarin oranges, drained
- your favorite salad greens
ORANGE DRESSING
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup dairy sour cream
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions - combine all the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and chill until ready to serve.

How To Make fruity wine jello with orange dressing

Step 1

Combine jello and hot water in a large bowl and stir until completely dissolved add the wine(or other liquid). Chill until partially set , about an hour or until thick like raw egg whites.

Step 2

Fold in fruit to distribute evenly. Pour into an oiled 7 cup mold. Chill 5 hours or until firm. Dip mold quickly into warm water; invert onto serving platter; shake gently to unmold. Garnish with salad greens and serve with the orange dressing drizzled or dolloped over top of each serving.
Step 3

Note: You can use grape juice- ginger ale- strawberry soda or apple juice or other juice in place of the wine ,if desired.
