Ingredients
- 3 cups tricolor rotelle
- 1 1/2 cups cooked, cubed turkey breast
- 1 cup cantalope cubes
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- TOPPING
- 1 cup non fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh mint
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted sunflower kernals, for garnish
How To Make fruited turkey salad

Step 1cook, boil rotelle 10 minutes. drain and rinse.cool and place in large bowl.

Step 2add meat and fruit, mix well

Step 3mix topping ingredients in a small bowl, except for the herbs. stir those in after topping is well blended

Step 4toss all together and serve over a bed of your favorite lettuce, topping with a sprinkle od the sunflower kernals

Step 5calories : 344 3.7 grams fat 2.2 grams fiber 25 mg cholesterol 64 mg. sodium
