Fresh fruit salad is a great dish to serve at any summer BBQ. This recipe enhances the flavor of the fresh fruit with a can of lemonade concentrate. Marinating in lemonade brightens the fruit and makes it pop with a sweet, tart flavor. A yummy side dish or dessert that screams summer.

Ingredients
- 1 - watermelon
- 1 - cantelope
- 1 - melon, honeydew, etc
- 1 - bunch seedless red grapes
- 1 - container of strawberries (optional)
- 1 can frozen Minute Maid lemon juice
- - any other fruit you wish to add
How To Make fruit salad
Test Kitchen Tips
Ball the fruit any size you'd prefer, large or small. Just be mindful of your serving dish and adjust accordingly.

Step 1Using a melon baller, ball all the watermelon, cantaloupe, and melon. Put it in a bowl.

Step 2Then put in the grapes and strawberries (cut in half).

Step 3Then take the defrosted lemonade and pour it on top of the fruit. Do not mix the lemonade concentrate with water.

Step 4Chill for about 1 hour.

Step 5Serve in plastic cups with a fork. Awesome for summer parties. If using only half of the fruit, use only half of the can defrosted lemonade.
