1drain all fruit real good in to a another container save juice.and while sliceing banana and apples put in the reserved juice from fruit. while getting the other ingreideints together. i find they dont turn brown as soon this way.
2now add all ingredients except whip cream mix well coating well with the pistachio pudding.when mixed well add the whip cream . now the reserved juice goes to all the helpers in the kitchen. . i can my fruit without sugar. so makes for a nice juice. while preparing dinner. this is always made for holidays so we love to have leftovers the next day with turkey and cranberry sauce. a great lunch. enjoy
