    tart apples, cored, cubed
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 large
    banana, cubed
  • 4 Tbsp
    powdered sugar
  • 2
    oranges, remove pith and seeds, dice

  • ·
    preserved cranberries (see recipe)
  • ·
    mock bar-le duc currants (see recipe)
  • ·
    grapes, seedless
  • ·
    pineapple chunks, fresh

How to Make Fruit Cocktail


  1. Combine the lemon juice and sugar. Pour over the fruit and combine. Place fruit mixture in a shallow dish and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  2. Serve in glass dishes and garnish with either Preserved Cranberries, Mock Bar-le duc Currants; and grapes or crushed pineapple.
