Ingredients
- 2 - tart apples, cored, cubed
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 large banana, cubed
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 - oranges, remove pith and seeds, dice
- GARNISH CHOICES:
- - preserved cranberries (see recipe)
- - mock bar-le duc currants (see recipe)
- - grapes, seedless
- - pineapple chunks, fresh
How To Make fruit cocktail

Step 1Combine the lemon juice and sugar. Pour over the fruit and combine. Place fruit mixture in a shallow dish and refrigerate 30 minutes.

Step 2Serve in glass dishes and garnish with either Preserved Cranberries, Mock Bar-le duc Currants; and grapes or crushed pineapple.
