This is a very yummy recipe. I can't remember where I got this recipe from tho! LOL

Ingredients

  • 1 small apples, peeled and sliced
  • 12 - bananas, sliced
  • 1 small oranges, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
  • 1/2 cup grapes, seedless
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice, frozen concentrate
  • 1/4 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
  • 5/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 5/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 - walnut halves

How To Make fresh fruit medley

  • Step 1
    Place all fruit in a bowl and mix in frozen orange juice concentrate.
  • Step 2
    In a blender, combine yogurt, ricotta, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla. Portion the fruit into dessert bowls, top each with yogurt-ricotta sauce and garnish with a walnut half.
  • Step 3
    Other fruits may be substituted, such as melon, kiwifruit, strawberries, blueberries, pears or pineapple. The fruit medley may also be served without topping.
