Ingredients
- 1 small apples, peeled and sliced
- 12 - bananas, sliced
- 1 small oranges, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
- 1/2 cup grapes, seedless
- 1 tablespoon orange juice, frozen concentrate
- 1/4 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 5/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 5/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 - walnut halves
How To Make fresh fruit medley

Step 1Place all fruit in a bowl and mix in frozen orange juice concentrate.

Step 2In a blender, combine yogurt, ricotta, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla. Portion the fruit into dessert bowls, top each with yogurt-ricotta sauce and garnish with a walnut half.

Step 3Other fruits may be substituted, such as melon, kiwifruit, strawberries, blueberries, pears or pineapple. The fruit medley may also be served without topping.
