fluffy green grape salad
This is an old family recipe from my husband's Aunt Ollie. She probably made her own whipped cream for it, but I use Sugar Free Cool Whip instead. We all love it, and I frequently have it for dessert after having it for dinner!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds green grapes, halved lengthwise
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained, reserving juice
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
How To Make fluffy green grape salad

Step 1Blend cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and just enough reserved pineapple juice to make it the consistency of thick mayo. Fold in thawed topping, pecans, grapes and coconut. Refrigerate.

Step 2Fold in mini marshmallows just before serving. Cover any leftovers tightly and refrigerate.
