I got this recipe at Seattle Pacific U. 40+ years ago from our Home Ec. teacher, and it has been a favorite of my family ever since. It doubles easily. It is simple,easy, and better the second day - if that happens. My son-in-law even requests it at Thanksgiving. Kids can make it easily, or even husbands.

Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple, crushed
- 1 cup canned mandarin oranges
- 1 cup sour cream, fat-free
- 1 cup coconut, flaked
- 1 cup marshmallows, mini
How To Make five cup salad

Step 1Drain the fruit well,then put in large bowl and add the other three ingredients.

Step 2Stir well, making sure everything is well distributed

Step 3Pour out into pretty 1 1/2 quart bowl and serve.
