You can also add dry cool whip and pistachio pudding to this recipe (so I have been told...I haven't tried it!).

sour cream, reg, lite, or low fat (16 oz container)

mandarin oranges (2 small cans or 1 large can), drained
1 c
pineapple, crushed or chunks (1 can), drained
1 c
coconut
1 jar(s)
maraschino cherries

How to Make Five-Cup Fruit Salad/Dessert

Step-by-Step

  • 1Drain the pineapple and oranges well (save the juice for later...make a drink!).
  • 2Mix all ingredients in bowl and serve.
  • 3note: I omit the coconut because my family doesn't like it. And sometimes I'll substitute or add fruit cocktail.
