Ingredients

4oranges, peeled and membrane removed

4apples, unpeeled but cored

4bananas peeled
-
1fresh pineapple peeled and cored (or 1 can pineapple slices drained)

3limes, peeled and membrane removed
-
1/4 cgrnulated sugar
-
1 cnuts, chopped
-
1 corange juice or tart french dressing
-
1lettuce head (romaine or iceberg)
How to Make CHRISTMAS EVE FRUIT SALAD (SALLYE)
- Line a large shallow bowl or serving platter with lettuce leaves (overlap as in a petal formation)
- Thinly slice fruits across the horizontal circumfirence
Arrange fruits in layers over the lettuce bed in the order called out in ingredients
Sprinkle with sugar and chopped nuts - Just before serving, pour juice or dressing over entire mixture
