This fruit salad requires no dressing and I have taken it to many functions in a large clear glass compote bowl only to have it be one of the first items on the menu to disappear. It's a very refreshing and light taste to complement heavier foods.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium
    cantaloupe peeled, seeded and cut into cubes
  • 1/2 medium
    honeydew melon peeled, seeded and cut into cubes
  • 1 small
    container fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced in half
  • 3 large
    kiwi fruit peeled and sliced
  • 1 large
    can pineapple chunks in juice, drained

How to Make Easy Fruit Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Toss all ingredients together and chill for 1/2 hour before serving. You can also add bananas or any other fruit you desire. All the colors make a beautiful dish.
