crunchy apple & grape salad

I found the original recipe on Pinterest, however, since I was looking for something dairy and soy free, with no processed sugar, I've altered it. My family LOVES this salad. Ingredients

  • 1 cup "so delicious" cultured coconut milk (looks like a container of yogurt. can be found in the yogurt isle)
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar - can be found on the baking isle
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 - firm pear - cubed
  • 1 large crisp apple - cubed
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 cups halved grapes
  • 1 stalk celery - sliced (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

How To Make crunchy apple & grape salad

  • Step 1
    For the Dressing: Mixed first three ingredients and place in refrigerator to chill while you prepare the salad.
  • Step 2
    Mix fruits, nuts, and shredded coconut.
  • Step 3
    Fold salad dressing into the salad.
