This is a recipe that I also got from my sister. I have tried this Thanksgiving of this year and it was delicious. So it is family tested and approved. Enjoy!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • 3 c
    fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
  • 20 oz
    crushed pineapple,drained
  • 2 medium
    apples,peeled and chopped
  • 2 c
    miniature marshmallows
  • 2/3 c
    sugar [or splenda or sugartwin]
  • 1/4 c
    english walnuts
  • 2 c
    whipping cream or cool whip

How to Make Creamy Cranberry Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl combine cranberries, pineapple, apples, marshmallows, sugar, and walnuts. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate over night Just before serving fold in cool whip.
