1Cook pudding according to package directions using the egg yolks.
Make Jell-O as directed on package.
When the pudding is cooked and the Jell-O is made combine them together and blend ; pour mixture into a 9x13-inch pan and refrigerate until set about 2 hours.
For the topping or frosting:
Mix together the next 5 ingredients in a saucepan and cook until thick. Cool completely. Fold in the Cool Whip and spread on the set Jell-O mixture. Garnish top with drained orange slices.
