Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound skinned and boned chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 3 cups red and white seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- - lettuce leaves (optional)
How To Make chicken salad with grapes and pecans

Step 1In large bowl, mix together mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Step 2Add the chicken and grapes and toss lightly to coat.

Step 3Cover the salad and chill for 1 hour. Stir in the pecans and serve with lettuce leaves if desired. 10 points per serving
