Ingredients

6 cassorted salad greens, torn into bite-size pieces

16 ozcan mandarin oranges, drained
-
4 ozcheddar or swiss cheese, cut into julienne strips
-
1/2 capricot or grape preserves or your favorite
-
1/2 colive oil
-
1/4 cwhite vinegar
-
1 Tbspminced onion
How to Make Cheesy Fruit Salad
- Arrange greens, oranges and cheese in a salad bowl or place on individual plates.

Heat preserves in a small saucepan over medium heat until melted. Remove from heat. - When preserves have cooled a little, pour into a mason jar along with the oil, vinegar and onion, cover jar and shake well. Pour over salad and toss lightly. Very refreshing!
Keep any leftover dressing in refrigerator.
