- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons pecans
- 1 pinch cinnamon (optional)

Step 1In a mixing bowl, place your cantaloupe pieces, then sprinkle a little salt. Give a quick mix and allow to sit for a few minutes. I like to reserve the seeds for planting the following year.
