How to Make Cantaloupe Salad with Honey and Pecans
- In a mixing bowl, place your cantaloupe pieces, then sprinkle a little salt. Give a quick mix and allow to sit for a few minutes.
I like to reserve the seeds for planting the following year.
- Add honey and pecans, make sure all your cantaloupe is coated. You can optionally add a pinch of cinnamon at this point.
- Allow to sit for about 10 minutes in the fridge or on the counter. Serve alongside your favorite dish.
