Ingredients
- 1/4 cup polaner all fruit, seedless raspberry preserves
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 11/4 cups olive oil, extra virgin
- 8 cups organic salad greens
- 2 - pears, cored, chopped.
- 1 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup pecan halves
- 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
How To Make blue cheese and pear salad

Step 1In saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook raspberry preserves and vinegar for 1 min. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil. Cook 1 min. Remove from heat.

Step 2Stir mustard into preserves mix. slowly whisk in oil. Season w/ salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3In bowl, gently toss last 5 ingredients. Drizzle salad w/ dressing, just before serving
