This is one of my favorite recipes of all time..especially during the holidays. It is simple and the fresh ingredients make it extra-special. Have received several requests for the recipe!

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries, finely chopped
- 1 - large orange with peel, finely chopped
- 2/3 cup sugar
- COMBINE THE ABOVE AND ALLOW TO SIT 30 MIN. THEN ADD THE FOLLOWING:
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 small package lemon jello
How To Make cranberry relish salad

Step 1Prepare jello, allow to thicken slightly (to the consistency of an egg yolk). Stir in other ingredients. Chill.
