  • 1 can(s)
    mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 c
    maraschino cherries, drained on a paper towel
  • 1 c
    coconut, flaked
  • 2
    bananas, sliced, & tossed in a little lemon juice
  • 1 c
    marshmallows, mini
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    frozen whipped topping
  • 2 Tbsp
    powdered sugar

How to Make Banana Split Salad


  1. Mix all of the fruit together in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the sour cream, frozen whipped topping and powdered sugar. Pour over the fruit and mix.
  3. Pour all into a glass serving bowl. Top with additional cherries. Chill until ready to serve. This can be made several hours before serving as long as you keep it chilled.
