Janet made this recipe and it was a hit. If you don't want to use cream cheese cottage cheese will work just fine. NOTE after chopping the apple drizzle some lemon juice on the apples to stop them from turning dark.

How To Make
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well
Cover and chill 2 hours, serve chilled.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on just before serving. Enjoy
